These are definitely unique, all hand made, so we're unable to tell you about the maker and actual material, it looks and feels like cotton, perhaps a mix of cotton/synthetic. These are not bright white, they are off-white or eggshell color. Perfect accent for a Spring or Summer bed. The right look for several styles like: Shabby Chic, Granny Chic, Cottage, Farmhouse or Country styled bedroom.
